Summer Wedding in Spokane, Washington

There wasn’t a cloud in the sky on Jenny & Ryan’s long-awaited wedding day, only blue skies and the warm summer sunshine. Having dated since high school, Jenny & Ryan had weathered years of an often long-distanced relationship from attending colleges in different states and spending time apart on mission trips. At last, their lives could fully intertwine.

They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Spokane, Washington Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The sealing room was filled to standing-room only with family and friends all radiating happiness, but no one beamed brighter than Jenny. In a moment both joyful and sacred, Jenny’s grandfather performed the sealing ceremony, uniting them together forever.

The celebration continued with an elegant reception at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center. Jenny had thought of every detail, from the delicious food to the beautiful floral arrangements that she carefully crafted herself. Jenny & Ryan graciously welcomed each guest before moving on to the cake cutting, dancing, and their final send-off in a shower of bubbles.

Jenny & Ryan truly embody the idea that two are better than one. They really are so good to each other; both so loving and fiercely loyal. It was easy to see by watching them share their first dance together that Ryan would do absolutely anything for Jenny, and that she will always be cherished and protected in his care. Jenny has already long been accepted as a beloved sister among Ryan’s family of brothers. Before finishing up family pictures, Ryan’s brothers asked, “wait, can we get a picture with just Jenny??” No doubt the love and kindness that Jenny & Ryan share with each other extends to everyone around them.
